Shipping temperature-sensitive products has never been easier!
The innovative Cool Crate system allows you to cost effectively ship a full pallet of product. Sturdy polystyrene foam panels are easy to assemble and provide superior insulation. Panels are designed to interlock for quick, easy assembly. Simply lock edge panels, place product inside, fill empty space with dry ice or insulating materials, secure top, stretch wrap and band pallet, and it's ready for shipping.

An easy-to-assemble shipping solution:

1. Cool Crate will be shipped to you unassembled. Pieces
will include two outer
half boxes, a bottom polystyrene panel, a top polystyrene panel and four side polystyrene panels.

2. Place one box half on pallet. Then place one bottom polystyrene panel into box.

3. Place two side panels into bottom foam. Interlocking feature allows panels to easily slide together.

4. Place product into interior of the crate.

5. Place two remaining foam side panels along edges, using interlocking feature to secure panels together.

6. Fill excess space with dry ice or insulating packaging material. Place foam top panel on top of crate.

7. Slide top half box over top portion of crate.

8. Tape middle of the two half boxes together.

9. The Cool Crate is now ready for stretch wrapping and banding.
